Abstract

The papers gives the edition of two Latin dedications from Porolissum (northern part of Roman Dacia): the first one, regrettably fragmentary, honors a conductor (pascui et) salinarum already known, P. Aelius Marus, while the second one, presenting the quite unusual formula pro voto, was put by a decurion and aedile of the municipium, P. Aelius Stadylo, whose cognomen is new (apparently, a Greek name).
