Dal Mar Rosso ad Alessandria. Il verso (ma anche il recto) del ‘papiro di Muziris’ (SB 18, 13167)

Abstract

Edition of the verso of the papyrus SB 18, 13167 from the Papyrussammlung of the Austrian National Library and comments to recto. On the verso there is a contract between a merchant and someone responsible for the financing of a trading concern, including an account which perhaps was connected to the contract written on the recto. Presumably it was a compilation of the collection of duties.
