Reassessing IG II2 1498-1501A: Kathairesis or Eksetasmos?

Abstract

The interpretation of the fragmentary, partially published IG II2 1498-1501A, has
been no easy task for scholars, all of whom have plausibly associated it with Lykourgos' reforms in the 330's BC but still debate on the particulars including its meaning.
