Hispella and CIL XI 5270 from Hispellum

Abstract

In CIL XI 5270 (Hispellum, Dmbria) Bormann has published a honorifie inseription
erected by the plendidissimus ordo colon(iae) Hispellatium to a female benefaetor of the town. The monument was set up in the late 2nd or early 3rd eentury A. D. What interests us here about this dedication, is its beginning where the names of the honorand and her husband are recorded.
